Among them, the steering knuckle is connected with the shaft head, the shaft fork and the axle housing respectively by bolts, and the steering knuckle rotates around the kingpin to realize the steering function of the steering drive axle. This structure has some disadvantages, such as complex structure, tedious assembly process, and the limitation of axle fork and axle housing connection bolts makes the flange of the axle housing become the stress concentration point, which affects the overall bearing capacity of the whole bridge.
